Do you sell fabric tag plushies?
  • New Plushies from Pop Mart comes fabric tag, with dust bags to product the product. It varies on if the product is opened from the bottom or direct from Pop Now.

  • Some products are Fabric tags are from older production runs.

  • We do not sell customs or altered products

I browsed your website, and I don't see what i'm looking for can you get the products I want?

What is your pre-order policy?

  • All pre-orders are final sale.
  • No cancellations, returns, or exchanges

  • If a pre-order is canceled or significantly delayed by the distributor, we will contact you with available options.

How do I use the discount card I received in the mail?

  • You do not need to enter the code online.
  • Simply contact us before or after checkout, and we’ll apply the discount manually.

What if my item is damaged or missing parts?

  • We’re so sorry if this happens!
  • All products are factory-sealed, unopened, and untampered. Manufacturer defects—such as missing parts, mismatched cards, or damage inside the sealed package—are outside of our control.
  • To determine if a store credit can be issued, please provide within 14 days of delivery:
  • A clear unboxing video showing the product, packaging, and tracking label
  • Photos of the damaged item and any missing parts
  • Once reviewed, we will let you know if store credit is possible. Refunds or exchanges are not available for opened items.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

  • All products are factory-sealed and unopened, and any issues found after opening—such as missing parts or damage—are considered manufacturer defects, which are outside of our control.

How do I know I'm getting what I'm purchasing?

All orders will be recorded with Meta AI Glasses prior to packaging, during, and after packaging.

You will get product photos of the generated shipping label from the actual carrier next to your product.

Why can't I return the products I purchased?

I do not have extras to replace your product with.

Product is already opened; thus it's considered used.

I am a small business, and ordering from overseas is costly.

I placed a Pre-Order, when will I receive the products?

It typically takes 7-14 business days for it to ship from overseas , not including time that it takes to pass customs.

POP MART direct shipments can take weeks up to months before I receive the items.

After I receive the items, I inspect for any outside damage caused during transit and packaging. If that's the case there will be a delay .
