Q: Why aren’t your products priced at retail cost?
A: All items are fairly and reasonably priced to reflect:
• Custom import duties
• Shipping and handling fees
• Applicable taxes

I personally handle all packaging with time, care, and attention to detail to ensure every order arrives safely and in perfect condition. Each order includes full insurance coverage at no extra cost for your peace of mind.


Q: Are your products authentic?
A: Yes! All items sold by MotoJoJoGal LLC are 100% authentic and sourced directly from POP MART, MINISO, or verified distributors.

We are a licensed, registered, and veteran-owned small business based in California. You can verify your item using the QR codes on the product packaging, or contact us for buyer references and proof of credibility.


Q: Do you sell fabric tag products?
A: No, we do not sell fabric tag plushies.

Fabric tags are from older production runs. We have never come across a fabric tag item—even in our personal collection.

All plush items we carry come with washable QR-code tags only — sealed, unopened, and untampered. We do not deal in fabric tag versions, customs, or altered products.

Every item is sourced directly from POP MART or verified distributors and can be authenticated by scanning the official QR code tag provided by the manufacturer.


Q: Can I inspect the figure in person during meet-up since there are no photos of the actual item?
A: Unfortunately, no. The inner foil bag is factory-sealed by the manufacturer and has never been opened. Opening it would compromise its collectible value.

During meet-up, we’re happy to show you:
• The unopened blind box
• The manufacturer’s sealed foil bag

We can also provide photos or a short video of the sealed packaging before meeting—just ask!


Q: Can you show proof of purchase?
A: Yes, I can provide proof of purchase; however, I strongly advise against relying solely on a receipt. Anyone can provide one, but that doesn’t guarantee authenticity.

✅ The best way to confirm your item is through self-authentication using:
• The QR code on the box (for blind boxes)
• The QR code on the tag (for plushies)

For added buyer protection, always request both buyer and seller references—especially when purchasing through third-party platforms or group chats.


Q: Can you do bundle deals or offer discounts on multiple items?
A: At this time, we don’t offer bundle deals due to:
• High custom import fees
• Shipping and platform processing costs

However, we proudly offer:
• Verified ID.me discounts (for military, students, teachers, first responders, etc.)
Occasional promo codes through our website and social media

Q: What’s the return policy when it comes to pre-orders?
A: All pre-orders are final sale — no cancellations, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed.

Pre-order listings clearly state the estimated arrival month and year (subject to change based on the manufacturer or distributor). Orders that include pre-order items will ship together once all items arrive.

Because pre-orders are secured in advance directly through verified distributors, cancellations cannot be accommodated after payment.

If a pre-order is significantly delayed or canceled by the manufacturer or distributor, we will reach out directly with available options (such as store credit or order adjustment).

Please allow 24–72 hours after arrival for fulfillment and shipping once pre-order items are in hand.


Q: How can I apply the discount card I received in the mail?
A: Each mailed discount card includes a unique code or identifier that corresponds to your order or loyalty reward.

You do not need to enter this code online. Simply contact me directly before or after checkout, and I will manually apply the discount on my end to ensure it’s processed correctly.

Please note that mailed discount cards:
• Cannot be combined with ID.me or other promo codes
• Must be used before their printed expiration date
• Are valid for one-time use only unless otherwise stated

If you received a Moto Miles Reward Card or Scratch-Off Discount, be sure to mention the code number when messaging me so I can verify and apply your savings.


Q: Do your products come sealed?
A: Yes — all products come sealed exactly as received from the manufacturer or verified distributor.

Every item is handled with care and remains factory-sealed, unopened, and untampered unless explicitly stated otherwise in the product description (for example, display or open-box items).

For blind boxes and figures:
• Inner foil bags are never opened or resealed
• Boxes may be opened from the bottom only to check the character card for verification — the inner bag remains sealed

For plush items:
• All plushies include washable QR-code tags (no fabric tags)
• Tags remain sealed and intact for authenticity

Each product is verified, packaged with protective materials, and shipped with full insurance coverage for your peace of mind.


Q: What happens if I open a box and the product doesn’t match the card or it’s missing a part?
A: Unfortunately, that is considered a manufacturer defect. MotoJoJoGal LLC is not responsible for manufacturer defects of any kind.

All products are factory-sealed, unopened, and untampered — exactly as received from the manufacturer or verified distributor. We do not open blind boxes or sealed bags, and we have no control over internal errors such as mismatched cards, missing parts, or production defects.

If you experience an issue after opening a sealed product, please contact POP MART’s official customer service directly with:
• Proof of purchase
• Photos of all packaging
• A clear unboxing video

These materials are required by the manufacturer to verify and address defects.

Please note that no returns, refunds, or exchanges can be accepted once the product has been opened, as it is no longer in its original sealed state.
